Who you are dealing with
Meshify is a desktop editor for parametric jewellery and this site is where it is distributed. The operating entity and its address are named at the top of this page.
The fastest way to reach a person is the Discord server linked in the footer.
- 02
What the licence gives you
A Pro subscription lets you install and use the editor on up to two computers you personally use, with one active premium session at a time, and lets you keep, publish and sell the pieces you export with it.
There is no free tier: the desktop app needs an active subscription and an internet connection to run. Anything you exported while subscribed you may use commercially — in a server, in a store, in a video, as part of a paid pack.
The licence covers what comes OUT of the editor. It is not a licence to redistribute the editor itself.
- 03
What you make is yours
Every piece you export and every .meshify project you save belongs to you. We claim no ownership over them, no right to use them in marketing, and no share of what you earn with them.
Projects live on your machine. There is nothing for us to claim even if we wanted to.
- 04
Your account
An account is for one person. Do not share the credentials: a subscription that shows up on several unrelated machines is the one thing that gets an account suspended.
You are responsible for what happens under your account until you tell us it is compromised.
- 05
Paying, renewing and stopping
Pro is a subscription billed monthly or every three months, with an optional introductory trial: three days for $0.99, after which it continues as the monthly subscription. Every option renews automatically until you cancel it from Manage billing in your account.
Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for. The refund window is stated at the top of this page. Prices may change; a change never applies to a subscription already running without telling you first.
If a payment is refused or a subscription ends, the editor stops opening until it is active again. Nothing you made is deleted: your .meshify files and your exports stay on your machine.
- 06
Refunds
You can ask for a refund within the window stated at the top of this section, and we will not ask you to justify it.
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, this is on top of your statutory rights and does not replace them.
- 07
What we do not promise
This is an early build. Anything the site lists as "not yet" — levels of detail, collisions, texture baking, macOS, Linux — is described, not committed. It ships when it runs.
The editor is provided as it is. We cannot promise it is free of defects, that a given file will import cleanly into a third-party tool, or that a platform we do not control will keep accepting the format it accepts today.
- 08
Things you may not do
Resell, sublicense or redistribute the installer, or pass off the editor as your own product.
Work around the subscription check, or use an account you did not pay for.
That is the whole list. Making forty chains a day and selling every one of them is not on it.
- 09
Ending it
You can stop using the editor at any time and cancel from your account panel. We can suspend an account that is redistributing the installer or circumventing the licence, and we will say why.
- 10
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for the licence in the twelve months before the problem. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot legally be limited.

Changes, and which law applies
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and the change is announced in the Discord before it takes effect.
The governing law and the courts are named at the top of this page.
Questions about either document go to the Discord, or to the address above once it is set. Discord
